Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Order processing times are separate from the shipping times reflected at checkout. After receiving your order confirmation email, Le Geste works to process orders within 1 to 2 business days. This excludes holidays and weekends. Our business hours of operation are Monday- Friday. Orders placed after 5pm EST will begin processing the following business day. 

We strive to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. Due to a recent high volume of orders, we are experiencing a delay in processing times. Once your order leaves our facility, it may take up to two weeks to deliver to you. Use the "Track Your Order" page to be informed on your expected date of delivery. ORDER SHIPMENT NOTICE

We strive to ensure that you receive your orders as efficiently as possible. To expedite the delivery of your items, please be aware that, on occasion, your order may be shipped in multiple shipments.

Why Multiple Shipments?

There are a few reasons for this:

  1. Faster Delivery: We want you to enjoy your products as soon as possible. By shipping items separately when necessary, we can speed up the delivery process.

  2. Availability: Sometimes, certain items in your order might be ready to ship while others are still in production. Shipping separately ensures you receive available products promptly.

  3. Customization: If you've ordered personalized or custom items, please note that it requires additional time for creation, resulting in separate shipments.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

Although Le Geste currently serves the United States, we're on a mission to serve our customers globally and are working to increase our capacity to ship worldwide. We will update this page with the countries we deliver to as we grow our company. 

SHIPPING FEES

We value our Le Geste family and welcome our customers to enjoy free or reduced shipping rates.

However, international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Le Geste Jewelry is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

ORDER STATUS

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which includes a tracking number to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

RETURNS

Le Geste puts client satisfaction as our top priority. Should you be the least bit unhappy, let us know. We offer returns up to 30 days after delivery.
